Detailed Return Process for Physical Products

Step 1: Contact the Vendor via Thediamo stores & Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery by logging into your account, going to "My Orders," and selecting "Return Item" Or by emailing @ [thediamostores@gmail.com] with your order number. This creates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Package and Ship
Once you receive the RMA number and return instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship the item to the address provided by the vendor. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Inspection and Refund
After the vendor receives and inspects the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

· Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a vendor error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery at [thediamostores@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or return and provide a prepaid shipping label.
