A. Shipping Policy
We partner with trusted global and local carriers to deliver your orders. Please note that shipping options, costs, and delivery times vary depending on the product weight, the vendor, and your location.
1. Shipping for Physical Products
· Processing Time: Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some vendors may have specific processing times listed on their product pages.
· Shipping Methods & Costs: Available shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of items in your cart. Options may include:

· First-Class Package International
· Priority Mail Express
· Priority Mail Express International
. Air Freight Shipping
. Sea Freight Shipping
· Delivery Times:
· Domestic USA & NG: 1-5 business days.
· International: 3-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
· Important Note for International Orders: You are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Thediamo Stores and our vendors cannot control these charges.
2. Digital Products & Online Courses
· "Shipping" / Access: Access to digital products (e-books, audio files) and online courses is granted immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a download link or instructions to access your course dashboard in your Thediamo Stores account.
3. Services, Bookings, and Listings
· Real Estate & Car Listings: These are informational services. "Delivery" constitutes access to contact forms and listing details. No physical shipping is involved.
· Booked Appointments: You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking (date, time, service provider). The service is considered "delivered" at the time of the appointment.
4. Order Tracking
You can track your physical order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Thediamo Stores account and viewing your order history.
Return & Refund Policy
At Thediamo stores, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is customer-centric and aims to provide you with a hassle-free experience in case you've changed your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product. We believe in building trust and reassure our customers that they can buy from us with complete confidence. If you have any queries regarding returns or exchanges, our team is here to assist you.

B. Return & Refund Policy

Because Thediamo Stores is a multi-service platform, our return policy differs by category. The core principle is that we want you to be happy with your purchase.

The Quick Guide
​
· Physical Products: Returnable within 14 days. Refundable. Item must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Return shipping may be customer-paid.
​
· Digital Products: Not returnable. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
​
· Online Courses: Not returnable. Refunds are granted within 14 days of purchase if course content has not been accessed significantly (less than 20% viewed).
​
· Services & Bookings: Not returnable. Refunds are subject to the service provider's cancellation policy. Please check at the time of booking.
​
· Donations: Are final and non-refundable.
Detailed Return Process for Physical Products
Step 1: Contact Us
Initiate a return within 14 days of delivery by logging into your account, going to "My Orders," and selecting "Return Item" or by emailing us at thediamostores@gmail.com with your order number. This creates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Once you receive the RMA number and return instructions, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship the item to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
· Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thediamostores@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or return and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
· Gift cards
· Personal care items (e.g., opened skincare products)
· Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance​​
